Questions people ask before a pilot.

What data do you need?

For battery health: battery voltage, current and temperature, timestamped, at least a few hours. For the forecast: the orbit (TLE) and a power sheet. For planning: your activity plan as CSV or JSON. Nothing else.

Where does our telemetry go?

To servers in the European Union. The free analysis keeps neither your file nor your telemetry. Workspaces store per-orbit summaries and reports, never raw telemetry. Enterprise runs inside your own infrastructure.

Do you send anything to the satellite?

No. Apsia has no command path. It reads housekeeping telemetry and writes recommendations that your operators approve.

How long does a pilot take to start?

The battery analysis starts the day you send a file. A connector to your telemetry store usually takes one to two weeks, depending on the format.

Do you train models on our workspace data?

Not without written consent. What Apsia learns from your workspace or your pilot is used only for your own satellites.

How is the Operator price set?

By the class of satellite: CubeSats from €600 per satellite and month, smallsats of 30 to 500 kg from €1,500, GEO and MEO from €5,000. Large fleets get volume pricing. Annual invoice.

What is the health certificate?

A report with a number and a fingerprint: how the battery is, how it has been used against its limits and what its on-board gauge says about it. When it is issued, its file is time-stamped by two independent authorities and anchored in Bitcoin, so anyone you send it to can check on apsia.space/verify, without trusting us, that it is the original and when it existed.
